From Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia.
Mareanie (Japanese: ヒドイデ Hidoide) is a dual-type Poison/Water Pokémon.
It evolves into Toxapex starting at level 38.
Biology
Mareanie is a starfish-like Pokemon that has ten drooping tentacles, a blue and purple color scheme, and a sad expression. Each tentactle has three spines, however the one above its face is shorter than the others and only has two. When attacking, this tentacle may extend to the length of the others and gain a third spine.

It's found crawling on beaches and seafloors. The coral that grows on Corsola's head is as good as a five-star banquet to this Pokémon.
