Plumeria (Japanese: プルメリ Plumeri) is an Admin of Team Skull. She is considered the "big sister" of the team, due to how she runs operations strictly but also cares for her underlings. She specializes in Poison-type Pokémon.

In the games

Plumeria appears in Pokémon Sun and Moon as the Admin of Team Skull. She first appears at the Akala Outskirts, angered by the player having defeated multiple Team Skull Grunts. Her next appearance is in front of the Aether House on Route 15. While the player is taking down Team Skull at Po Town, Plumeria returns to the Aether House, taking Lillie and Nebby to Aether Paradise. She makes her final main game appearance at the Ancient Poni Path, asking the player to bring Guzma back from Ultra Space and also giving them a Poisonium Z.

She is one of the possible Trainers who will challenge the player in a Title Defense battle post-game, having been convinced to do so by Nanu and Molayne.

In the games's "Hula Revenge Party", she calls herself The Skully Cute Hula Dancer

Plumeria is a young woman with golden-yellow eyes and pink hair with yellow highlights. She wears a black sleeveless tank top with an X pattern under it, black, baggy pants with white zigzag patterns, and grey sneakers. Plumeria also wears a black bracelet on her left arm, a grey locket with the Team Skull logo, and a pink Skull tattoo on her belly. After Team Skull is disbanded, her outfit changes: she wears a grey bandana with Salazzle patterns on her head, a watch on her right wrist, and matching pants to her bandana. She loses the Team Skull necklace, tattoo, and bracelet. Her white eyeshadow is also gone. In the games's "Hula Revenge Party", she wears a sparkling pink-striped bikini top, along with a hot pink and black topless gown with a ruffled belt over the top. she also gets golden skull-shaped cuffs on her elbows and to be barefoot too.
