Murray (Japanese: ミウラMirua) is the Club Master of the Psychic Club (Japanese: エスパークラブEsper Club). He plays using the Strange Psyshock Deck (Japanese: アヤシイねんりきデッキSuspicious Confusion Deck) and gives away the Psychic Medal to challengers who defeat him. In Pokémon Card GB 2, he uses the わたされたＧＲデッキHand Over to GR Deck and later the ちょうエリートデッキ? Elite Deck.
Murray is known for his arrogance and for not listening to other people. He'll ignore the main character until his students are defeated.
