This card was banned in South Korea on June 20, 2015. --SnorlaxMonster 15:29, 24 January 2016 (UTC)
Recall that the reason for this card's banning from sanctioned play was not because of this card alone, but because it was used in combination with VS Seeker. You play LTC, you shuffle all other discarded cards (including VS Seekers but not LTC itself) back into your deck. Then you get back a VS Seeker from the deck and later use it as LTC.
