Lulu

Lulu (Japanese: ハル Haru) is a character of the day who appeared in Wobbu-Palooza!.

She is a resident of Wobbuffet Village. Just like other residents of that village, she bears a slight resemblance to her Wobbuffet. When the Wobbuffet Festival crashers came to town one year before the events of the episode and began to wreck it, Lulu was the one who stopped them with her Wobbuffet.

When Team Rocket came to the village, Lulu was excited to see that Jessie also owned a Wobbuffet. Lulu then placed a yellow Ribbon around Wobbuffet's head. When Team Rocket was accused of attacking Wobbuffet, Lulu immediately tried to prove their innocence. After the Wobbuffet Festival crashers flee and Team Rocket attempts a getaway, she is upset to find out their true personalities.

Lulu has a Wobbuffet and, like everyone else living in Wobbuffet Village, it bears a slight resemblance to its owner. It first appeared when Lulu invited Team Rocket, whom she just met, into her house. In a flashback told by Nario, it is shown that last year, when the Wobbuffet Festival crashers came and started to destroy the festival, they underestimated Lulu's Wobbuffet. It used Counter and Mirror Coat to send them running. When the Festival Crashers showed up once again, Lulu and Officer Jenny were called to the scene with their Wobbuffet.

Wobbuffet's known moves are Counter and Mirror Coat*.
