Okay, here's the instructions.

1. Go to the basement of any Pokémon Center.
2. Talk to one of the ladies that are closest to the gate. They'll be all 'HEY LOL WANNA ACCESS WIFI? 8D' Obviously, say yes.
3. Hit Invite, and select 'Trade'.
4. Then just wait for me and I'll do the rest.
