Lucy Stevens (Japanese: ルーシー Lucy) is one of the main characters of Pokémon Detective Pikachu. She is a junior reporter who is accompanied by a Psyduck. Lucy is portrayed by Kathryn Newton.

Psyduck was Lucy's primary Pokémon, and is often seen outside of its Ball. Similar to Misty's Psyduck he is constantly seen with headaches, which causes Lucy to keep him calm. He is first seen spying on Tim when he arrives at his father's apartment. He is next to Lucy when she first meets Tim. Later when Tim goes to CMN, Psyduck is in Lucy's "office". He accompanies his trainer when they go to Clifford's Secret Lab, During the celebrations in Ryme City, Psyduck merges with his trainer when the R is ensconced in the city.
