Lucy Stevens (Japanese: ルーシー Lucy) is one of the main characters of Pokémon Detective Pikachu. She is a junior reporter who is accompanied by a Psyduck. Lucy is portrayed by Kathryn Newton.

Psyduck was Lucy's primary Pokémon, and is often seen outside of its Ball. Similar to Misty's Psyduck it is constantly seen with headaches, which causes Lucy to keep it calm. Psyduck is first seen spying on Tim when he arrives at his father's apartment.
Psyduck is next to Lucy when she first meets Tim. Later when Tim goes to CMN, Psyduck is in Lucy's "office". It accompanies its trainer when they go to Clifford's Secret Lab. During the celebrations in Ryme City, Psyduck merges with its trainer when the R is ensconced in the city.
