      No, more like the Japanese romanization of wool, but stylized. Wooloo is based on a Scottish Blackface Sheep

The Scottish Blackface is a breed of sheep that is very common on uk farms, with thick white wool and sometimes solid black face. They are also notable for having long, curled horns.
