This card was included in the Celestial Storm expansion with artwork by Ken Sugimori, first released in the Japanese Champion Road subset. A new print with artwork by Shin Nagasawa featuring the Shiny version of Voltorb was included in the Hidden Fates expansion, first released in the Japanese GX Ultra Shiny subset.
