Pelipper (Japanese: ペリッパー Pelipper) is a Pokémon owned by Team Rocket that delivers the Rocket Gachat to Jessie, James, and Meowth during the new series.

History

In SS003, Giovanni advised Team Rocket of his new secret weapon that he allowed the trio access to. Pelipper delivered the Rocket Gachat to them in Vermilion City, when they were confronted by Ash and Go whilst they were trying to steal a group of Bulbasaur and Ivysaur.

In SS017, Pelipper was resting in Vermilion City when Go came across it and attempted to catch it. This caused Pelipper to fly away, inadvertently leading Go to discover Team Rocket's secret base.

Pelipper continues to make appearances through the new series, where it delivered the Rocket Gachat to the trio whenever they requested it.

Personality and characteristics

Pelipper is shown to be dedicated to its job of delivering the Rocket Gachat to Team Rocket at their request, no matter where they are. Pelipper is shown to avoid being captured, as seen in SS017 when it flew off to avoid being caught by Go.
