Honey (Japanese: ミツバ Mitsuba) is a character in The Isle of Armor in Pokémon Sword and Shield. She is the wife of Mustard and the mother of Hyde.

She is the only character in the games to have the Trainer class Dojo Matron (Japanese: おかみさん Matron).

In the games

Honey is the matron of the Master Dojo and the creator of Max Soup.

Prior to the events in The Isle of Armor, she was the CEO of a trading firm, before meeting Mustard in one of her business trips and marrying him afterwards.

Honey keeps her Pokémon in Ultra Balls.
