This card was one of the SM Black Star Promos included in the Forces of Nature GX Premium Collection, released July 6, 2018. In Europe, it was included in the Thundurus-GX Box released August 24, 2018.

This is one of the few cards released internationally that was never released in Japan.

Charge is a move in the Pokémon games that Thundurus can learn. Electric Ball is an attack that first appeared on Eelektrik from Noble Victories. Thundering Hurricane-GX is an attack that first appeared on Zapdos from Next Destinies as Thundering Hurricane.
