Release information
This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art card, and as a Secret Rainbow Rare in the Japanese Skyscraping Perfection expansion. The Regular print features artwork by take, while the Full Art and Rainbow Rare prints feature artwork by kirisAki. In Japan, a S-P Promotional print with different artwork by Hideki Ishikawa was released in the Raihan's Persistence Trainer Card Collection on August 20, 2021.

Raihan is a Gym Leader in Galar. The interior of Hammerlocke Stadium is featured in the Regular Skyscraping Perfection print's illustration. The S-P Promotional print features Raihan's signature as it appears on his League Cards in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
