Description This Ghost-type Gym Leader has secretly trained at the Ecruteak City Gym his entire life. As a result, he can now see what others cannot.

Morty (Japanese: マツバ Matsuba) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. He forms a sync pair with Drifblim. The sync pair can be obtained through the sync pair scout, and has been available since July 15, 2020. The pair's potential can be upgraded to 6★ EX from October 19, 2020, which unlocks Morty's EX Style.

Morty can also form a sync pair with Mismagius. This pair can be obtained by exchanging a BP Sync Pair Voucher, and has been available since May 27, 2021. Unlike Drifblim, this pair is currently unable to upgrade to 6★ EX.
