Pokétopia Master Mysterial (Japanese: ポケトピアマスター ミステリオ Pokétopia Master Mysterio) is the tenth and final Colosseum leader and the fourth Colossuem Master in Pokémon Battle Revolution. He is the head of Stargazer Colosseum and the Pokétopia Master of Masters. Mysterial is an expert illusionist and will do a unique vanishing trick if the player beats him. He levitates his Poké Balls when sending his Pokémon out.
Mysterial is the only Pokémon Trainer to have the Trainer classes Pokétopia Master and Master of Masters (Japanese: マスターオブマスター Master of Masters). However, if he is defeated on the first encounter, "Pokétopia Master" will be unlocked for all Custom Passes.

Trivia
- Mysterial's Japanese name (Mysterio) is used as Beck's undercover reference in Spider Man.
- Manaphy is the only Mythical Pokémon used by Mysterial in the Final Round.
- Mysterial's battle theme contains a brief reference to the Orre map theme from Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Both Battle Revolution and Gale of Darkness were developed by Genius Sonority, sharing a sound team. It is also noticably an orchestral remix of Gateway Colossuem's music.
