Mysterial (Japanese: ミステリオ Mysterio) is the tenth and final Colosseum leader and the fourth Colosseum Master in Pokémon Battle Revolution. He is the head of Stargazer Colosseum and the Master of Masters. Mysterial is an expert illusionist and will do a unique vanishing trick if the player beats him. In battle, he is seen using plenty of other tricks, such as levitating his Poké Balls when sending out his battlers. He is Sashay's best friend.

Mysterial is the only Pokémon Trainer to have the Trainer classes Pokétopia Master and Master of Masters (Japanese: マスターオブマスター Master of Masters). However, if he is defeated on the first encounter, "Pokétopia Master" will be unlocked for all Custom Passes.

• Manaphy is the only Mythical Pokémon used by Mysterial in the Final Round.
• Mysterial's battle theme contains a brief reference to the Orre map theme from Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Both Battle Revolution and Gale of Darkness were developed by Genius Sonority, sharing a sound team. It is also noticably an orchestral remix of Gateway Colosseum's music.
