Victor (Japanese: マサル Masaru) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. He forms a sync pair with Rillaboom, which is capable of Gigantamaxing. This sync pair was first made available through a limited Poké Fair scout on October 7, 2022. This pair can be raised to 6★ EX from the day it was released.

Origin
Victor's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Sword and Shield. Rillaboom is the final form of Grookey, one of the starter Pokémon of Galar. Rillaboom's Gigantamax form was introduced in The Isle of Armor expansion. Rillaboom's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Sword.
