Masatoshi Hamada (Japanese: 浜田雅功 Hamada Masatoshi), also known as Hama-chan (Japanese: 浜ちゃん). He was born on May 11, 1963 Osaka, Japan.

Hamada played the voice of Slowking in Pokémon the Movie 2000 - The Power of One.
He also illustrated the "Hama-chan's Slowking" TCG promo card produced for the Japanese release of Phantom Pokémon Lugia's Explosive Birth.
