Espathra (Japanese: クエスパトラ Kuesupatora) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IX.
It evolves from Flittle starting at level 35.
Biology
Espathra is a medium-sized Pokémon resembling an ostrich, with large blue eyes, stripes on its neck and legs, and colorful frills on its head, wings, and backside. The frills on its head resemble a bob cut. Its legs are long and powerful enough to allow Espathra to run at speeds higher than 120 mph. Espathra's magical powers emitted from its eyes are strong enough to immobilize foes. It is believed to be a highly aggressive Pokémon species.
Espathra is the only known Pokémon capable of learning the move Lumina Crash. It is also the only known Pokémon capable of having Opportunist as an ability.
