Desert Region (Japanese: 砂漠地帯 Desert Area) is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX that contains 20 floors. It is automatically unlocked on purchasing the Furnace DesertRB/Withering DesertRTDX Rescue team camp.

Gameplay

Sandstorms are very common in this dungeon.

Generation III

In the original games, keys can be found here, on floors 19 and 20. Additionally, sandstorm is the default weather on floors 3, 6, 8, 9, 12, 14, 15 and 18

Generation VIII

In the remake, 20 Golden Fossils, 20 Golden Spikes, and a Deluxe Box can be found on 20F.
