(Japanese: ラクア Rakua) is an anime-exclusive location. Rakua was a paradise founded by Lucius and his Pokémon, where they lived happily together.
Rakua was briefly mentioned by Lucius in HZ023, comforting his Moltres before disappearing and leaving Liko wondering what it was.
In HZ024, Diana revealed that Rakua is the name of the paradise that Lucius was looking for and that at some point Terapagos was with Lucius on this journey. Terapagos also seems to know where it's located after Liko mentioned the name, jumping out of Diana's arms to go find it. Though its location is currently unknown.
