Release information

This card was included in the Evolving Skies expansion with artwork by Atsushi Furusawa, first released in the Japanese Eevee Heroes subset. It was reprinted, alongside a Full Art Secret card with artwork by Souichirou Gunjima featuring Bill, in the Japanese VMAX Climax subset. The Full Art Secret print was later included in the Brilliant Stars expansion.

This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Shield. Bill is featured in the Brilliant Stars print's illustration, who gives away an Eevee in Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal and their remakes Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. This print also features the interior of the Sea Cottage.
