Thunderwave Cave (Japanese: 電磁波洞窟 Electromagnetic Wave Cave) is the second dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX. It contains 5 floors.

The first mission is rescuing a pair of Magnemite who have abnormally fused together in a half-evolved form, not being able to form a Magneton. After completing this job, the player and their partner receive 500 Poké, a Reviver Seed, and a Rawst BerryRB / a Big Apple, an Oran Berry and 650 PokéRTDX. Additionally, one of the Magnemite later becomes the party's third member, as well as the first party member to have been recruited and stay in a Friend Area.
