Hard Press (Japanese: ハードプレス Hard Press) is a damage-dealing Steel-type move introduced in Generation IX. It is TM225 in Generation IX.

Effect

Hard Press inflicts damage. Its power varies between 1 and 100, and is greater the more HP the target has:

Description

SV The target is crushed with an arm, a claw, or the like to inflict damage. The more HP the target has left, the greater the move's power.
