Double Trouble with Dialga and Palkia V (Japanese: VS ディアルガ&パルキアV VS Dialga & Palkia V), titled VS Dialga & Palkia V in the Chuang Yi translation, is the 415th chapter of the Pokémon Adventures manga, and the 78th chapter of the Diamond & Pearl arc. It is subtitled Complete and Incomplete (Japanese: 完全と不完全 Perfection and Imperfection) in the VIZ Media translation and Perfection and Imperfection in the Chuang Yi translation.

Major events
- Time and Space begin to distort all around Sinnoh, causing people to end up in a different, random location.
- Looker attempts to interrogate the two Scientists from Lake Valor while Dr. Footstep ends up at the Spear Pillar.
- Diamond returns Drifblim to Fantina.
- A black hole begins to suck everyone in the Spear Pillar into it.
- Diamond attempts to stop the black hole by himself, but is saved by Regigigas.
