Rei Murayama is a planner who has worked at Game Freak since 2018.[2] He has been involved in the Pokémon series starting with Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee, and served as a team lead on the Pokémon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass.[2] He was responsible for the berry trees and gym puzzles on Pokémon Sword and Shield. He was one of the directors of the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero.
