Akira Komayama (Japanese: こまやま明 Komayama Akira) is a freelance artist who has been contributing illustrations to the Pokémon Trading Card Game since 2011.[citation needed]
Akira was born in 1981,[citation needed] spent eight years working as a designer and CG artist for a game company before going freelance in 2009,[citation needed] doing both illustration and graphic design.[citation needed] She currently resides in Tokyo.[citation needed]
