Decided to reply to your email on here, not only are you required to make a certain number of edits before you are able to create your own user page but there is also a time limit you have to wait first, we prefer not to mention how long precisely this is but you should be able to create a user page eventually.--BigDocFan, Junior Admin Bulbapedia (talk) 15:09, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
