Surfing Pikachu?

How do you exactly get a surfing Pikachu? If you say by trading, how do you teach a traded or any Pikachu surf? --Sencilia 05:07, 9 December 2009 (UTC)

I think one of the Mystery Gifts in Pokemon Battle Revolution is a Pikachu with Surf, but if you want it in Yellow, I guess that doesn't help much. --SaireNaoriva 3:51, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
