Jazwares is an American toy company based in Sunrise, Florida. It is the current license holder for the Pokémon brand after it acquired Wicked Cool Toys in 2019, which had received the license to produce and market Pokémon merchandise in all regions excluding Asia starting in 2017.

In April 2020, Jazwares acquired Kelly Toys Holdings, LLC. This acquisition would result in Pokémon-themed variations of their hugely successful Squishmallows line, with the collaboration first being announced at San Diego Comic Con 2022.
