A Biscuit (Japanese: サブレ Shala Sable) is a type of item in Pokémon Sleep used to befriend Pokémon during the Sleep Research. The main obtainable biscuits have designs based on the different types of Poké Balls. Special events unique biscuit designs are released to help player's befriend specific Pokémon, these are generally stronger then your average biscuit. By feeding Pokémon biscuits and befriending them, that specific species friendship level with increase which allows the player to befriend stronger Pokémon of that species in future.
