Tough Cookie (Japanese: 防御アップ分威力上昇 Power Boost Proportional to Defense Raised) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

The user's moves are powered up the greater the user's Defense. For each increase in Defense, the user's moves are boosted by 5%, giving a maximum 30% increase. Tough Cookie does not affect sync moves or max moves.
