History
Kanto
A Kantonian Nurse Joy appeared in For Sure! 'Cause Sprigatito's with Me!. In this episode, Liko was tasked with getting some medicine for the Rising Volt Tacklers and asked the local Nurse Joy, shortly after, the nurse helped a Trainer who had an injured Vulpix.
Galar
A Galarian Nurse Joy appeared in Fiery Galarian Moltres.
Character
In Pokémon Horizons: The Series, Nurse Joy essentially plays the same role as in previous sagas of the anime. In For Sure! 'Cause Sprigatito's with Me!, a video from Nidothing was shown about Nurse Joy's work at the Pokémon Center.
Mollie, a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers and the team's nurse, appears to have some as-yet-unrevealed relationship with the Nurse Joys,
