| Powers up the moves of all allied sync pairs by 10%. Reduces attack move damage taken by all allied sync pairs by 10%. The more allied sync pairs with the Fighting theme you have on your team, the higher these percentages are. (Each additional sync pair powers up moves by 5% and reduces damage by 2%. The maximum power-up is 20%, and the maximum damage reduction is 14%.)

Fighting Teamwork (Japanese: かくとうのカリスマ Fighting Charisma) is a Master passive skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
The user and ally's moves are powered up by 10%, and attack move damage taken by the team's sync pairs are reduced by 10%. Each additional allied sync pair with the Fighting theme skill powers up moves by a further 5%, for a maximum power increase of 20%. Additional allied sync pair with the Fighting theme skill also reduce attack move damage taken by 2%, for a maximum damage reduction of 14%. Fighting Teamwork does not affect sync moves or max moves.
