Extra Rule card (TCG)

An extra rule is a type of card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game. They add a rule to the existing rules when played. So far, they have only appeared in the Vending Machine cards. They have no rarity and all the illustrationas were done by Nobuyuki Habu.
