Mt. Ember is a mountian on One Island in Pokemon Firered and LeafGreen. Moltres lives high atop this behemoth mountain, hence the name Mt. Ember. Ember is a fire type attack, and Moltres is a Fire/Flying type. You need Strength to move boulders to reach Moltres.
