The drought between Gym Leaders
In the article it says:
"Ash finally gets to have a Gym battle against Jasmine a full sixteen episodes after originally challenging her. This marks the longest period between Ash meeting a Gym Leader and getting to battle them."
Wouldn't meeting Norman and finally battling him count as longer?
