Karsten

Karsten (Japanese: カズオ Kazuo) appears in Drifloon On the Wind!. His English voice actor is Bill Rogers and his Japanese voice actor is 川島得愛 Tokuyoshi Kawashima.
He is the husband of a Nurse Joy, the father of Marnie and Paige, and works at the Valley Windworks. Karsten is quite forgetful, in terms of leaving things behind, in the case of his lunch Marnie brings to him during the episode. He confesses it wasn't the first time that week.
