Cullen Calix (Japanese: ペニシリーナ Penicillina) is a minor character from Mewtwo Returns. His English voice actor is Scottie Ray and his Japanese voice actor is 小山力也 Rikiya Koyama.
Calix is a Pokémon naturalist studying Mount Quena to do research about the lake. He also works as a partner with Luna Carson. In the special, both he and Luka help Ash, his friends and Mewtwo against Team Rocket. After the incident, he stays with Luna.
