Kaisei

Kaisē (Japanese: カイセー) is a character in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure!, a friend of Professor Rowan and the father of Hareta. He first appeared at the Sinnoh League Tournament to watch his son compete.
He is currently on the run from the Global Police and is being pursued by Looker and Kōya. He gives Hareta a Pokémon egg before leaving.
