- We really need to tighten up the notability requirements on individual Pokémon but Drapion is J's signature Pokémon so it could survive that. --FabuVinny T-C-S 11:08, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

- That's what I think too. Salamence is always seen with J since her first appearance, and was shown to be a powerful battler. --Kevzo8 11:20, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
- I would like to bring this question up again, with J's next appearance on DP129. Salamence always appear with J, uses it into important battles, used as transportation, etc. Salamence is more notable than Drapion. Kevzo8 14:11, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
