Judgment (Japanese: さばきのつぶて Judgment Strike) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV. It is the signature move of Arceus, and like Arceus, varies in type depending on the plate held by the user.

Effect

Judgment inflicts damage and has no secondary effect. The type of Judgment depends on the type of plate held by the user, being Normal-type if there is no held plate.

• Judgment has the same base power, Accuracy, and PP as Earthquake.
  • In fact, provided Arceus's Attack and Sp.Atk stats are identical and the battle is a single battle, Judgment when used by an Arceus holding an Earth Plate is absolutely identical to Earthquake except it can hit a pokemon underground.
