I recall something similar with Ash's gym battle against Jasmine's Steelix. When Cyndaquil tried to attack, Steelix used Sandstorm and moved around to protect itself...similar? ht14 19:45, 23 June 2009 (UTC)
I also know that Bugsy's Scyther was able to use Swords Dance to create a wind-themed shield to block the Flamethrower attack from Ash's Cyndaquil. -Tyler53841 03:47, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

Dawn's Spin
