Moves listed as "Start" at top of evolutionary chain
Pokemon at the top of the evolutionary chain, which cannot be bred, have moves listed as "Start". For example, Togekiss learns aura sphere at the start, but there is no way to breed a Togekiss, as it is at the top of the evolutionary chain. Can somebody explain this?
