Pokémon Wiki

Pokémon Wiki is a community-driven pokémon's encyclopedia written in Japanese that is based on the Wiki concept. It can be read and edited by enyone. It is similar in spirit to Wikipedia, but is focused solely on documenting the Pokémon data. It is affiliated with Encyclopaediae Pokémonis.

History

Pokémon Wiki is set up by FPU. First that was set up as a contents of Pokémon Republic and that was named Pokémon Republic Wiki. But that was independence from Pokémon Republic soon. The beginning of June, 2006 Sno who is user of Pokémon Republic found Bulbapedia and PokéWiki and proposes a opinion about cooperating with those Wiki to FPU. FPU feels sympathy the opinion and make contact with Zhen Lin to realize the opinion. June 23 2006, Pokémon Wiki is joined in Encyclopaediae Pokémonis.
