Pokémon world locations

The Trainer Tower (Japanese: トレーナータワー Trainer Tower) is similar to the Battle Tower and was initially found in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen north of Seven Island in the Sevii Islands. It has various modes of battling, offering different rewards if they are beaten. Rewards are time-based: the lower the time taken, the better the prizes.

A similar location is found in Pokémon Emerald, north of Mauville City, though here it is known as Trainer Hill. It has sliding mazes and utilizes the multi-trainer double battle feature introduced in Emerald as well. Unlike normal Battle Towers, items, such as Revives and Potions, are permitted to be used both during and between battles. Battles conducted here do not award experience or money.
