The Mysticticket (Japanese: しんぴのチケット Mysterious Ticket) is an event item available through Pokémon Rocks America, as well as select Nintendo events. It is a key item that is needed to access Navel Rock, in Pokémon Emerald, where Lugia and Ho-Oh are encountered.

In Generation III, this was the only way to obtain these two Pokémon via catching in the GBA. Ho-Oh and Lugia could be obtained by completing tasks in the Gamecube games Pokemon Colosseum and XD, respectively, and they were available via direct download in the 10th Anniversary events in Europe. However in Generation IV, they were obtainable normally again through Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions.
