There are several bonus stages accessible from the two fields.
Diglett Stage
Accessible via: Fill Catch gauge, Cave Slot (Red Field Only).
Time Limit: None
Reward: 1,000,000 points (multiplied by ball type) per Diglett and 50,000,000 points (multiplied by ball type) for beating Dugtrio
This is a rather simple, yet unique bonus stage. There is only one chance, if the Poké Ball falls past the flippers, it ends. Simply hit all the Diglett to have them drop into the ground. After all the Diglett are down, Dugtrio pops up.
Meowth Stage
Accessible via: Fill Catch gauge, Cave Slot (Blue Field Only).
Time Limit: 1:00
Reward: 10,000 points (multiplied by ball type) for beating Meowth and 1,000,000 points (multiplied by ball type) for each Gold Token collected.
Hit the ball into Meowth to have it drop golden tokens. Hit the tokens to collect them. There are a total of 20 dropable tokens.
Gastly Stage
Accessible via: Fill Catch gauge, Cave Slot (Red Field Only).
Time Limit: 1:30
Reward: 1,000 points (multiplied by ball type) per headstone destroyed, 1,000,000 points (multiplied by ball type) per Gastly hit, 5,000,000 points (multiplied by ball type) per Haunter hit, and 50,000,000 points (multiplied by ball type) for beating Gengar.
This stage takes place in a graveyard. At the start, multiple Gastly will appear. Hitting ten Gastly will have them disappear and have multiple Haunter to appear. Hit the Haunter ten times will cause the Haunter to disappear and Gengar to appear. Hit Gengar's sides and back a total of five times to beat it. Hitting Gengar in the front will cause it to hold the Poké Ball for a few seconds.
Seel Stage
Accessible via: Fill Catch gauge, Cave Slot (Blue Field Only).
Time Limit: 1:30
Reward: 1,000,000 points (multiplied by ball type) per Seel hit.
This bonus is simple. To win, hit 20 Seel. If you hit multiple Seel in a row, a multiplier of two will be applied to the points earned from those Seel.
Mewtwo Stage
Accessible via: Fill Catch gauge, Cave Slot.
Time Limit: 2:00
Reward: 1,000,000 points (multiplied by ball type) per shield destroyed and 50,000,000 points (multiplied by ball type) for beating Mewtwo.
This stage takes place in a laboratory. To win, hit Mewtwo 25 times. Be careful as Mewtwo will put up shields to defend itself.
