Release information

This disk was awarded as a prize at the Full-Force Battle ~Ultra Beast Challenge!~ event held at the 50th Next Generation World Hobby Fair, which took place at Makuhari Messe, Chiba on June 29 and 30, 2019. Entrants were challenged to defeat Battle Leader Seraji and 1 of his 2 possible teams of 3 Pokémon. Those who successfully defeated all 3 Pokémon could select to dispense a "WINNER" version of this disk, a Buzzwole disk, or a Guzzlord disk following the battle. Entrants who were not successful were randomly awarded a non-winner version of this disk, the Celesteela disk, or the Guzzlord disk. The 10 players of junior high school age and below as well as the 5 players of high school age and above with the highest score following the conclusion of each day were each awarded a certificate and a mounted set of special gold versions of all 3 disks in an acrylic case.

More Full-Force Battle ~Ultra Beast Challenge!~ events were held as part of the Coro Tour 2019, present at a number of ÆON Mall venues across Japan between July 21 and August 25, 2019, and again at any participating store with a Pokémon Ga-Olé arcade machine between August 17 and September 1, 2019. The format was the same as the World Hobby Fair event: entrants who successfully defeated all 3 opponent Pokémon could choose to dispense a "WINNER" version of either this disk, the Buzzwole disk, or the Guzzlord disk. Entrants who were not successful were awarded a non-winner version of either this disk, the Buzzwole disk, or the Guzzlord disk at random. The disks awarded at stores with Pokémon Ga-Olé arcade machines are colored gray instead of purple. These events also distributed a Ga-Olé Pass sticker featuring the 3 focal Ultra Beasts to all participants and awarded a different "WINNER" certificate featuring the event logo to the player achieving the highest score.

Full-Force Battle ~Ultra Beast Challenge!~ events that awarded the purple disk variants were later held as part of the Kids Game Festa at participating ÆON Malls between October 6 and November 4, 2019. Those with the 3 highest scores at each venue were awarded a certificate and the mounted set of gold variants.
